Landscape with Skinny Dippers

Graham Mears was born in England in 1965 and received a MFA at the University Alabama and a BFA at West Surrey College of Art and Design. In addition to painting everyday, Graham has spent his life in teaching and museum work and “trying to run stores…all beautiful failures." Both historical and otherworldly in their references, all of Graham’s works are painted using discarded canvases and goof/oops paint. Peeled, poured and collaged, sometimes over the course of many years!
