The frame is made by woodworker and artist Joel Taplin in Warren, Vermont. 

 

Louise Sheldon, b. 1985 in Providence, Rhode Island, is a visual artist who lives and works outside Portland, Maine. Louise attended the William Smith College, Geneva, NY (2007) and Studio Art Centers International Florence, Italy (2006).Solo Exhibitions include “Ripples”, Europa, New York, NY (2024) and “Daisy Dew-diamond” Standard Space, Sharon, CT (2023) as well as numerous group exhibitions. The work of Louise Sheldon pokes holes into memories of our daily surroundings, most frequently with the appearance of dog faces  throughout her work.
