Annie Costello Brown is a contemporary jewelry designer and artist based in Los Angeles. 
Raised in the Northern California Sausalito houseboat community of the 1970s and 80’s, Annie’s childhood was spent surrounded by artists, musicians and craftspeople. Exposed early on to a DIY culture that encouraged resourcefulness and creativity, she went on to earn a degree in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute. Annie spent the next decade working as a freelance artist and designer, traveling throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia. In 2006 her distinctive line of accessories was founded. “With my work, I seek a balance of refinement and imperfection, high and low. I’m always looking to create something I’ve never seen before, a unique, handcrafted kind of beauty”.
