The sole traditional bespoke English clog carver since 1978. I mainly use English  Sycamore with occasional Scottish Birch and Welsh Alder. The trade largely died out circa 1920, being replaced by machined soles. These days most of my trade is repeats or specials for those who can't get what they need via shoe shops.  The tannery I've always used has closed and I'm just using up the moccasin leather I have remaining.
