Bonnie Andrus is a shoemaker and educator based in New York. Bonnie has taught shoemaking at institutions such as Parsons School of Design, College for Creative Studies, and Brooklyn Shoe Space. She studied with Keiko Hirosue, as well as with other members of the Brooklyn Shoe Space collective, and Marcell Mrsan. Her work is exploratory in nature, as she experiments with materials and pushes the boundaries of footwear as both a functional and artistic medium.
