A new shop-in-shop is on the cookstove, and this time I got a little help from my longtime bud and fellow long-legged hiking pal coldsplinters!

For those of you who come into the store and are always like….“Em, why don’t you have any outdoor adjacent things in stock that are mostly for the enjoyment of my kind of lifestyle, which I describe as ‘active living?’” Well, you asked and we listened! coldsplinters and I are cooking up some O.A.T.M.E.A.L. (Outdoor Adjacent Things Mostly for the Enjoyment of Active Living) for you in November!

Think quality U.S.A. made goods, meets key imported articles, none of which are easily available in Maine, and some very niche and/or small run. That’s the way we like it! We are overjoyed to be bringing some brands never before seen in Maine (tnink: Earth\Studies®, Peace Cabin) and welcoming some key Maine classics (Hyperlite Mountain Gear) to aid in your next big adventure, or in fixin’ for that perfect gift for the outdoor enthusiast on your holiday gift list! More soon, but in the meantime expect to see Oatmeal smeared all over Maine soon!
