Working across textiles, ceramics, glass, and collage, Anderson utilizes deep-seated craft traditions as flexible constraints, collaborating with color and form to introduce deliberate imperfections that subvert fixed technical expectations. Anderson received a BA from Colorado College and an MFA from the Fibers Department at Cranbrook Academy of Art. She has held a Core Fellowship at thePenland School of Craft and residencies at the Textile Arts Center, Vermont Studio Center, Tides Institute, and Pilchuck Glass School.
